Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be unable to receive a refund or store credit.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at (716) 322-7358.
If you decide to leave early from your scheduled reservation or fail to honor your reservation for any reason, you will be unable to receive a partial or full refund.
If you are running late or are unable to make your scheduled appointment, you must call us at (716) 322-7358 to discuss this with staff. If we are experiencing high volume of visitors, reserved spots will be held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If members of the party are not present 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment, the spots will be forfeited for other patrons and scheduled party will have to wait for another opening or schedule another appointment. If the party is unable to wait for space, a refund or credit will not be issued and staff will not reschedule to appointment without accepting form of payment to hold the spots.
Private Party Bookings:
Private Party Bookings must provide at least 72 hours notice for a cancellation to have their party deposit refunded to their original payment method. Any Private Party cancellation with less than 72 hours cancellation notice will not be able to have their party deposit refunded. If the party paid more than the deposit required, the remaining difference will be refunded back to the original payment method.
You agree that you will make only legitimate reservations in good faith for use by you, and not for other purposes, including without limitation, reselling, impermissible assigning or posting on third party websites, or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand. Purrfect Café & Gallery reserves the right to cancel any reservation for non-payment of the initial deposit for special event dates, group bookings, invalid credit card information, or suspect fraudulent activity.
By making a reservation with Purrfect Café & Gallery, and releasing your name, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card information, you are entering into a binding legal agreement to be charged the full amount of your reservation. Releasing your name, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card information is creating a digital signature for that reservation, therefore making the phone or online reservation a legal binding agreement to be charged the full amount of that said reservation.
